Here's a shipping policy tailored for Every Image Studios. Since you're a UK-based art print store (potentially using Printful for fulfilment), I've written it to reflect that:
SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
- United Kingdom: Standard delivery 3–5 business days | Express delivery 1–2 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Print-on-Demand Fulfilment Many of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means your order is made especially for you, which may add 2–5 business days to fulfilment before dispatch.
International Shipping & Customs For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at everyimagestudios@ptoton.me. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
